As a customer of SHŌRI, you always have a 14-day right of return.
Return Policy - Please read before returning
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received and must not have been used.
- We will refund any shipping costs associated with the shipment to you. If only part of the order is returned when multiple products were ordered, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs. Prices can be viewed on the return portal.
- Important: We only accept packages sent via our return portal.
When/how do I receive money back from a return?
Once we have received the package, we will process your return as quickly as possible. The money will be returned to the payment card used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
How do I return an item?
1. Package the products securely.
2. Order shipping through our return portal.
3. Go to the nearest parcel shop. Print the label yourself or it is often possible to have the parcel shop do this for you, using the QR code you receive after registering your return through the return portal.
