Measure your waist and hips with a tape measure over bare skin or thin underwear to find the right size.

How to measure:

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above the navel.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and glutes.

Fit and Tips

These shorts have a firm compression fit to stabilize the muscles. If your measurements are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for optimal comfort. If you prefer maximum compression and an extra tight feel, you can choose the smaller one.

Fit example: A woman who is 170 cm tall, weighs 64 kg, and has an athletic build, usually wears size S/M.

Care instructions

Wash in cold water on a delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener and always air dry to preserve elasticity and silicone details.
